YCS as a formative and educative student movement present in secondary (high) schools and in some universities believe that through a series of formation programs, trainings, and workshops in the regional, sub-regional, national, diocesan, and unit levels, we will be able to guide our YCS Student Leaders, Chaplains, and Animators; raise greater awareness and deeper understanding on the focal issues and be equipped to educate their peers, classmates, friends, student bodies and councils, families, and their communities to produce effective, non-violent changes. 

Through training leaders to train their members and peers, we believe we will be able to continue creating ripples of change.
